How much will cost the delivery of my order and how I can pay

1. We process your orders:

  • On the same day: orders placed before 12:00
  • On the next day: orders placed after 12:00, during the weekend or public holidays

If it necessery we will call you by phone for confirmation

Minimum value of the products in the cart: 5.00 euros

Useful: You will automatically receive a confirmation and a copy of your order at the e-mail address you provided for communication.

2. We prepare and pack the order

  • From 1 to 3 working days: for available goods
  • From 7 to 10 working days: for products type "On demand"

If we have all the goods in stock in one of our warehouses, we usually ship them on the day of confirmation. If we have to collect the goods from two or more warehouses, shipping may be delayed by one to two business days. In this case, we will notify you on which day you will receive your order.

For some items marked “Online only”, it may take longer than 3 days before we are ready to ship. Delays may also occur if a product on a specific order needs to be produced according to your instructions or in a large series. We will notify you of all this upon confirmation.

3. Ship and deliver the order

Your order requires processing time and delivery time. Processing time may vary for each item. The estimated delivery time is automatically calculated in the cart and depends on the delivery option you choose.

We deliver orders for the city of Sofia and the country from one to three business days. For orders outside the country, the time is usually over three business days depending on the selected courier service.

The delivery price depends on:

  1. The settlement to which the goods will be sent
  2. The weight and volume of the goods
  3. Deliveries on Saturday are only possible to a courier office. We deliver to an address only after additional agreement on the price of the courier service.
  4. Profiles with a length of more than 1.5 meters are delivered only to Econt offices. Most offices of the courier company Speedy in the country do not accept shipments with a length of more than 1.6 meters. Therefore, we invite you to take advantage of the services of Econt, whose material base and policy allow for the implementation of such deliveries.

You get FREE SHIPPING for orders over 50 euros, to Speedy, Econt offices or to your address.

  • In case of returning goods - shipping is at the customer's expense (standard case)

How can you pay

1. Cash on delivery

You pay the amount due in cash at the time of delivery. Depending on the option you selected in the cart, we can deliver the parcel with the order to your address or to the courier's office. Econt Express allows you to check the shipment before acceptance.

2. Bank transfer

You pay for the order by bank transfer before sending it. You will receive the transfer details on Avlonbg.com immediately after placing your order. You do not owe anything to the courier.

3. In our store

After our team contacts you and notifies you that the order is ready, you can visit our store and pick up the goods from it. You have the option to pay in cash or via a POS terminal.
